Throughout her career, Rebecca has acted for a diverse range of clients, from individuals and start-ups through to SMEs, FMCG brands, celebrities and sports clubs. She provides tailored, commercially focused advice on the protection and commercialisation of trade mark rights. Rebecca also has extensive experience in contentious trade mark matters, including oppositions, revocation and invalidity proceedings, as well as domain name and company name disputes.
Rebecca’s background in both industry and private practice enables her to identify the legal and commercial drivers behind her clients’ objectives, while remaining mindful of budgetary considerations. She is widely praised by clients and colleagues alike for her practical, strategic approach to complex legal issues. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and following the Lionesses and Chelsea Women Football Club, both in the UK and abroad. She is also learning to play the piano, a lifelong ambition that may finally be coming to fruition.
